William Nelson Memoriam

In Loving Memory of William Hans (Bill) Nelson October 25th, 1926 - November 8th, 2009 It's been nearly a year since our beloved husband and father Bill passed on, and many have been the times when his influence has been felt in the lives and thoughts of all who knew him. His engaging personality has been a great example of how all are worthy of a kind word, a smile or a wink. His bold ability to make fast friends of strangers invites each of us to take opportunities to make new friends each day. Traditions and customs he brought into the lives of his family and friends live on as we carry them forward in our own families. Advice and counsel given long ago still serve to steady us as we make important choices and decisions in life. Bill's influence is still profound, and blesses the lives of all who knew him, even today. May those who knew him read this memorial and take a moment to reflect upon a fond experience shared with him and be inspired, uplifted, or gladdened. That's how he would have it! www.bakersfield.com/obits
