Moises Mico Mina August 28, 1909 - October 3, 2012 On October 3, 2012, Moises Mico Mina passed peacefully at the age of 103 in Delano, California. He was born in Villasis, Pangasinan, Philippines. Moises proudly served in the U.S. Army WWII as Corporal Machine Gun Squad Leader 2nd Infantry Battalion and was honorably discharged in 1946. He was preceeded in death by his beloved wife, Espectacion Duja Mina; parents, Venancio and Maura Mina; sisters, Marcela, Marcelena, Modesta, Leoneda, and Gregoria; brothers, Nicomedes and Primo Mina. He is survived by his three daughters, Elizabeth Mina Sandoval and husband Victor; daughters, Marlo and Cherilyn Mina; his grandchildren, Kimberly and Brady Russell; Sean, Daylon and Jake. He was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed by all. All services will be held in Delano, California. Viewing on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Parkview Mortuary (315 S Lexington) from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Rosary service at 6:00 p.m. Mass service will be Friday, October 12, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (1015 Clinton St) at 9:00 a.m. Graveside service to follow at 10:00 a.m at North Kern Cemetary (627 Austin St).
