Elmer Robert Ezell "Dad" "Grandpa" "Papa Elmo" February 22, 1929 - April 22, 2013 Elmer R. Ezell passed away suddenly on Monday, April 22. Elmer was 84. Born in Hartshorne, Oklahoma to Manuel and Bessie Ezell. Elmer was preceded in death by his beloved wife Joyce Ezell; his mother; his father; 4 brothers; and 1 sister. Elmer is survived by his son Michael and wife Debbie Ezell; his daughter Dawn and husband George Ogden; his grandchildren Jill Dillon, Joey Turner, Jon Turner, Stacy Ezell, Shawna Longwith, Lisa Witt and Genell Oliver; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; and numerous other relatives and friends. Elmer was a Korean War Veteran who served his country with great pride. He was a member of the Eagles and the VFW for many years. Elmer worked with his brother Al in his radiator shop before he purchased Al's Radiator from him. He ran Al's Radiator until he retired. He was a world champion Horse Shoe player and he belonged to the Eagles Camper Club where he and his beloved wife, Joyce, loved to travel and socialize and dance the night away. Elmer was a hard worker who never met a stranger. He was well respected by all who knew him. Life will be eternally difficult without him. He will be forever embedded in many people's hearts and souls. Rest in Peace "Dad", "Grandpa", "Papa Elmo". We love and miss you deeply already!
