On December 19, 2014, Katharyn Patricia "Patty" Hilse, 77, of Parkton. Born July 24, 1937 in Baltimore to the late Louis G. and Katharyn Elizabeth (Murphy) LaFaivre. Survived by her husband Vernon L. Hilse, Sr.; children Vernon L. Hilse, Jr. and his wife Donna of Dundalk, Cynthia Hilse of Horntown, VA, Jeffery A. Hilse and his wife Allison of Parkton and Jennifer Blevins and her husband Wade of Parkton; brother James R. LeFaivre and his wife Becky of Lutherville. Patty is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sisters Sheila Eckert, Norma Miller and Flecite Putman; brothers Louis "Junie" LeFaivre and Charles LeFaivre, Sr. Patti owned and operated Arden Farms/Arden Trucking and enjoyed traveling and camping with family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA. Friends may call at the mortuary on Saturday from 3:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.

On November 28, 2014; Sylvia Cornelia Henry. Sylvia C. Henry, 88, died peacefully in her sleep on November 28, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Dudley F. Henry, devoted mother of Bethel Henry and loving grandmother of Christian Henry and Lauren Zollicoffer. Memorial Services will be held at the Vaughn Greene Funeral Home, 5151 Baltimore National Pike on January 8, 2015, 10:30 AM. Interment will be with her husband at the Baltimore National Cemetery directly after the Memorial Service. The Repast will be at the Cylburn Mansion, 4915 Greenspring Avenue on January 8, 2015, 1:00-3:00 PM.

Herrmann, Barbara Ann - Ocean City  
On December 20, 2014 in Ocean City MD Barbara Ann Herrmann (nee Hiltz) died peacefully on her 87th birthday. Ann is survived by her husband of 58 years, Norman F. Herrmann, four children: Lisa A. Aszklar (Henry) of Annapolis, MD; Jane F. Herrmann of Vienna, VA; Mark F. Herrmann (Tammy) of Charlotte, NC; and Kathleen L. Mazza (Ralph) of Cary, NC. She also leaves six grandchildren: Sarah and Anne Mazza, Kathryn (Katie) and Kerry Aszklar, and Marshal and Claire Herrmann, and two sisters, Nancy Flaherty and Mildred Eikenberg (Bob), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. Ann is predeceased by her parents, James R. and Mildred A. Hiltz, as well as her siblings, Rev. Robert E. Hiltz, Rev. Peter M. Hiltz, John A. Hiltz, David O. Hiltz, and grandson Christopher D. Mazza. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11 AM at St. Alphonsus Rodrigues Roman Catholic Church, 10800 Old Court Rd., Woodstock, MD 21163 followed by burial in the church cemetery. Hamilton, Regina Landergren - Concord  
On December 14, 2014; Regina Landergren Hamilton, 54, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Concord, NH. Regina was born in Baltimore, MD August 2, 1960. She was a graduate of Milford Mill High School in 1978. She was a very kind and generous person who enjoyed cooking for her family, and spending quality time with her husband and beloved dogs Abbey, Hugo and Moon. One of her most exciting moments was becoming a grandmother for the first time in June 2013. She was overjoyed to have her first grandbaby. After her father's passing in 1996, she always made sure to "take time to stop and smell the roses." Her husband, Pete, bought her flowers every week so she could do just that. She is survived by her devoted husband of 12 years, Peter Hamilton; children Stephanie (Jason) Garee and James (Bethany) Ittner, both of Columbus, OH; cherished grandchild Evelyn Kate; mother Diana Landergen of Baltimore, MD; sister Lisa Finnegan of Westminster, MD; beloved nephew Shane Finnegan of Westminster, MD; stepsons Nathan (Megan) Hamilton of Landaff, NH and Andrew (Maria) Hamilton of Meghuen, MA; aunts Joan Wise of Chestertown, MD and Elizabeth Wise of Towson, MD, cousins Rosemary (Michael) Phillips of Street, MD, Robin Jarvis of Auburn, ME, Diane (Michael) Reilly of Baltimore, MD, Robert (Elizabeth) Albiker of Baltimore, MD and step-grandchildren Marcus, Henry and Angelina. She is preceded in death by her father Henry Landergren. All who knew her were grateful for the time she was with us and she will be missed dearly.
