Martha Randall, 90 of Harwood died of natural causes February 28 at Genesis Spa Creek, Annapolis, MD. Born May 22, 1924 to the late Jerome Hall and Beatrice Butler. She was employed in her earlier years as a housekeeper before becoming a full-time housewife. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Randall, son Frank Parker, and daughter Edith Tongue. She is survived by 12 children, 36 grandchildren and over 50 great and great great grand children and a host of other family and friends. A viewing will be held from 10 am until Funeral Services starts at 12 pm, Friday March 6 at Chews Memorial United Methodist Church, 492 Owensville Road, West River, MD 20778. Funeral Arrangements is by William Reese and Sons Mortuary.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, 10am, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Riggin, John "Zeke, Jack" - Baltimore  
John,Jack,Zeke beloved Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Uncle, mentor and friend passed away on 26 Feb at the age of 88. Jack served as a Baltimore City Policeman retiring in 1975 as a Lieutenant after 27 years of service. He then help set up Amtrak's Police Force and retired in 1989 after 13 years. Jack was inducted into the South Baltimore Softball Hall of Fame in 1991. He served as President of the Maryland Law Enforcement Organization for several years and was also on the Board of the Baltimore Retired Police Benevolent Association. After retirement, he served as a volunteer at Harbor Hospital putting in 500+ hours. He will be missed by all that knew him. Viewings will be held 3-5,7-9 on 6 March at Gonce's in Brooklyn with Funeral Service at St. Rose at 10:00 on 7 March and burial following at Meadowridge Cemetery.

Roffman, Leonard - Pikesville  
On March 2, 2015, Leonard Roffman (age 95), beloved husband of the late Ethel Roffman (nee Marcus); dear son of the late Louis and Mollie Roffman; devoted father of Susan Simon, Marc Roffman and Leslie Roffman; devoted father-in-law of Mary Lou Hanley, Robert Goodwin and the late Stephen Simon; dear brother of the late Jack and Ben Roffman; loving grandfather of Rachel Roffman (Ryan Jotkoff), Caitlin Roffman (Douglas Strasnick), Louis Roffman and Molly Treadway (Alexx Campbell); cherished great grandfather of Mara Campbell and Emily Jotkoff; uncle to many nieces and nephews. Born in Baltimore on March 5, 1919, Lenny attended local schools and graduated from City College. He served for five years as a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force during WWII and worked in the liquor business for over 40 years before retiring in 1985. He was a staunch supporter of the Baltimore Colts, Ravens and Orioles. Above all else, Lenny loved family and friends. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Thursday, March 5, at 12 pm. Interment Hebrew Young Mens Cemetery - 5800 Windsor Mill Road. ROYER Jr., James S. - Lutherville Timonium  
James S. Royer, Jr., U.S. Army Veteran and recipient of multiple Bronze Stars, son of the late James and Helen Royer of Reading, Pa, died peacefully on March 2, 2015. He was 90 years old. Jim taught for 17 years at Baltimore City College and worked as an administrator for Baltimore City Public Schools for an additional 11 years. After his "retirement", he continued to serve as treasurer for various civic organizations including the Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council, for another 30 years. Jim is survived by June, his wife of 68 years, three children, six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the family owned Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Rd., Timonium, MD 21093 on Wednesday, March 11 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A memorial service will be held at Timonium United Methodist Church, 2300 Pot Spring Rd., Timonium, MD 21093 on Thursday, March 12 beginning at 11 AM, followed by a luncheon at the church.
