On January 27, 2013, Martin Kobrin, born March 17, 1920. Married in 1942 to Betty Alpert. Went into the Army on Dec. 7, 1942. After leaving the army, he lived in Charlotte, NC, Baltimore, MD, Clearwater, FL and most recently, West Palm Beach, FL. He worked for many years as a Nevamar Senior Account Executive and retired from the EXXON Corporation in 1985. Martin enjoyed traveling the southern states with his wife, loved being with his family, took pride in his home, proud to have been a World War II
Veteran, and excelled as a great letter writer and salesman. He is survived by his beloved wife of 70 years, Betty; daughter, Seena (Eric) Pleet; son, Geoffrey "Buddy" Kobrin; grandchildren, Lisa (Danny) Amige , Jake Pleet ; great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Barak and Aviv Amige; preceded in death by grandson, Zachary Pleet.
