On July 21, 2014, Dorothy E. Kemp, of Oak Crest Village Community; Beloved wife of the late Raymond Joseph Kemp Sr; devoted mother of Raymond Joseph Kemp Jr and Colleen Kemp. Family and friends will honor Dorothy's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8PM. A funeral liturgy will be held 10 AM Thursday at Oak Crest Village Chapel. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at www.evansfuneralchapel.com
