On February 10, 2016 ELLA M. "BOOTS" BRAZIS- born Ella Marie Gompf in 1929, daughter of the late Lewis C. and Ella C. (Bayne) Gompf. Beloved wife of the late William E. Brazis. Survived by her four loving children, William E. Brazis, Jr. (Pam), Dr. Barbara C. Brazis (Pat), Jean B. Kurban (Ramsay), Suzanne B. Rossi (Chris) and her dear sister Edith Mae Feustle. She has 12 cherished grandchildren: Andrew, Elizabeth, Matthew, Michael, Steven, Nick, Greg, Megan, Jordan, Jack, Joe and Mallory. Lifelong resident of the greater Baltimore area, Boots was a proud graduate of Eastern High School class of 1948. She was active and deeply faithful since her youth in her church and faith-based activities and served in countless ways throughout her active life. Quite an athlete, she was a life-long tennis player, coach and enthusiast. She was an educator at North Harford High School. Boots loved gardening, bird watching, reading, theater and sports. Her greatest joy was her family. Friends may call at the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) on Saturday from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7. Service at Mays Chapel United Methodist Church on Monday, February 15 at 10:00 AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the , 1850 York Road, Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093.
