Joe had a wonderful voice that expressed his love for the Lord and lifted your heart to a higher Spiritual realm. His singing and playing were always a joy to hear. He complimented his Dear wife with her wonderful musical talents at the Mt. Vernon Pl. United Methodist Church. They are both loved by all who know them. Lasting memories to treasure in your Heart.
