DUKEHART , Mary Patricia On June 8, 2012, MARY PATRICIA DUKEHART (nee Frasca ); beloved wife of Joseph C. Dukehart; loving mother of Mary Ann, Dr. Peter J., Stephen C., Andrew G. and Dr. Matthew R. Dukehart; cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren and one great grandson; dear sister of Roberta Ann Fulford.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 13 from 10-11 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community; where a Memorial Mass will follow at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to The Joseph House Crisis Center; The Little Sisters of Jesus and Mary; P.O. Box 1755; Salisbury, MD 21802.
