DOWNS, SR. , William On July 7, 2010, William Downs, Sr., husband of Barbara Morgan Downs (nee Milanoski); father of Andrea Creighton, Sharon Humes, Tracey Downs Shinfeld, William Downs, II, and David Downs; step-father of Kimberly Davis, Randall Morgan, Ellen O'Neil, Steven Morgan (deceased) and Jennifer Gruber; Father-in-law of William Creighton, Glenn Humes, Albert Shinfeld, Brittany Downs, Lee Davis, Janet Morgan, Robert O'Neil and Scott Gruber; grandfather of Taylor, Samantha, Jeffery and Ava Creighton, Tyler, Skyler and Quincy Humes, Aidan and Simone Shinfeld, Maya Downs, Kendall and Stephen Davis, Ian Morgan, Morgan and Emily Keniston, Jordan, Hannah, Katelyn and Jason Gruber; brother of Hugh Downs (deceased), Jack Hines (deceased), David and Jean Downs, Jeannie and Neal Pohlhaus. Member of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonary, Towson Elks, Fraternal Order of Police and the American Legion of Parkville.
Services will be private. Donations may be made to Gilchrist Hospice Care, Development Office, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031.
