Family and friends may call at THE JOHNSON-FOSBRINK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 8521 Loch Raven Blvd. (beltway exit 29-B) on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM (no visitation on Monday), where all are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment in Lorraine Park Cemetery. The family has requested donations may be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association 2002 Clipper Park Road, Suite 110, Baltimore, MD 21211 or at www.donations.diabetes.org. Condolences may be sent to www.jfhmd.com.

My condolences and sympathy to the Irwin Family. Spoke to Dick many times during my career with BPD. A true gentleman, always honest, and a true professional. RIP.
