M C INNES , Linda M.. On Friday, July 31, 2009, our beloved Linda M . (nee Marciniak) McINNES passed away two days before her 55th birthday at Gilchrist Center For Hospice Care in Towson, MD after a lengthy battle with lung cancer. A memorial service for Linda will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 24 N. Second St., New Freedom, PA. Family will receive friends at the mortuary on Saturday from 2 pm until service time. Raised in Arnold, MD, Linda lived most recently in Shrewsbury, PA. Loving and devoted wife of James (Brian) McInnes; dear daughter of Chester F. Marciniak and the late Lois A. Marciniak; sister of Steven J. Marciniak and his wife Darlene, Robert J. Marciniak and his wife Ellen, Major Michael P. Marciniak and his wife Julie, Deborah S. Hare and her husband Russ and Diane G. Cox; stepmother of Barbara A. McInnes, James B. McInnes and his wife Carol and Stewart I. McInnes. Linda is also survived by four grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. The family of Linda would like to acknowledge all of her family and friends and to know that Linda would wish to thank them for always being there and enriching her life. Linda spent her career in the insurance industry. Most recently she was employed by HMS Insurance Associates, Inc., as a claims manager in Lutherville, MD where she regarded her colleagues as her extended family. She was recently honored for her 20 years of leadership by the Certified Insurance Counselors, placing her in the top one percent of all insurance professionals in the country. Linda's hobbies were needlepoint and crafts. She loved her dogs, dining out and enjoying Maryland crabs. Linda also enjoyed vacationing, especially at Ocean City, MD.
