Kenneth M. Miller Notice


Kenneth Marvin Miller, 85, of Woodbine, MD, went home to be with the Lord Friday, November 29th, 2013. He was born in Barnesville, MD on May 3, 1928, to the late Rogers F. Miller, Sr. and Margaret E. Jacobs Miller. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 64 years, Naomi E. Blucher Miller. Surviving children are Keith M. Miller and spouse Barbara "Bobbi" of Olney, MD; Karen M. Heck and spouse David of Sykesville, MD; Kim M. Diehl of High Springs, FL; Kelly M. Snyder and spouse James of Gaithersburg, MD; and Kevin M. Miller and spouse Kelly of Mt. Airy, MD. Surviving grandchildren are Matthew K. Miller, Christopher K. Miller, Amy M. Heck Martin, J. Christopher "Chris" McGraw, Jr., J. Catherine "Catie" Lemons, Matthew K. Diehl, Melody K. Diehl, Daniel J. Miller, Kyle M. Miller, Leah E. Miller, Russell Jensen, and Casey Jensen. Surviving great-grandchildren are Greyson Miller, Mattea Miller, Luciana Miller, Christian Lemons, and Carson Lemons. Other surviving relatives are Ronald Miller and Robert "Sonny" Miller. Kenneth was predeceased by his brothers Rogers F. Miller, Jr., Maurice E. Miller, and Charles Miller; sisters Ellen Miller Burdette, Greta Miller Herberson Ballew, and Charlotte Miller Alvarez.

The family will receive friends 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, at Molesworth-Williams P.A., Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, MD 20872. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 4 at the funeral home. Pastor Brian Tubbs of Olney Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Park, Eldersburg, MD. After the service and following interment, there will be a reception in celebration of Kenneth's life at Olney Baptist Church, 17525 Georgia Avenue, Olney, MD 20830 In lieu of flowers, it is requested memorial donations be made to either Olney Baptist Church or .
