(Bob) 87, of Glen Arm Maryland died February 15, 2014. He was a man of faith and character. Bob enjoyed a full and active life. At the age of seventeen he enlisted in the United States Navy, serving two missions on a mine sweeper in the Pacific Theatre during World War II. He was a man who possessed an entrepreneurial spirit, working in sales, real estate and owning several successful businesses. A long time Baltimore Colts fan, Bob took great pleasure in his personal relationship with Johnny Unitas and Bobby Boyd. He was a member of the following organizations: Mount Moriah Lodge No.16, the Scottish Rite, VFW Post 10067, The American Legion Post 0183. Bob was particularly proud of qualifying for membership in Menza International. He was preceded in death by his wife Arrie Maurice and will be lovingly remembered by his children Robert and Suzanne,their spouses Deborah and Rick, his three grandchildren Campbell, Richard, Colleen, his great grandson Maximus and his brother William. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 1st at 11am at Fork Christian Church 6809 Sunshine Ave. Kingsville MD 21087 Condolences may be sent to Sue Jenkins (daughter) at 10 Gunpowder Rd.
