Dear Family,
I am so sorry for your loss.
I was so blessed and grateful for the time I spent with Fred, assisting him with his meals and needs in his difficult time. I wanted the best for him always and did my best to comfort him always. He was very proud of his family and he talked of you all often.
We shared the love of music, food, family and humor. He was proud of his life as a physician and I know he helped so many people with his brilliance and compassion.
With Love,
Claudia

I send my warm condolences and thoughts of love to the friends and family.
It is hard to go through this difficult time, but it's good to know that we keep in our heart all the joyous moments, love, and care that we share with our loved ones. Please continue to find consolation and solace in the God of all comfort (2 Cor. 1:3)
