Edwin CRAVEN Obituary
On August 31, 2014 Edwin James Craven of Mercy Ridge, Timonium, MD; beloved husband of Margery C. Craven (nee Cochran) and devoted father of Amy Craven (Rob Kincaid), Janet Craven (the late Kenny Bellin), and Laura Craven (Montgomery Young); loving grandfather of Tristan and Harrison Young; dear brother of Mark, Newt and Stan Craven and the late Kathleen Craven Callendar. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1609 Kurtz Avenue, Lutherville, MD 21093 on Saturday, September 6 at 3:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Craven's name to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society, 1311 Mamaronek Ave., Suite 310, White Plains, NY 10605. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. My Dad (Gardner) shared many memories of his army buddy Ed with us last night as we looked at old photos; I have fond memories of visiting you in Baltimore when I was a child. Although we were saddened by the news, we appreciate your call. I hope your lifetime of good memories will bring comfort to you all at this time.
