I only found out now JOAN passed away. It saddens me. I tried to reach out to her via email and phone, however to no avail. At that point I suspected something bad happened. I met her years ago during my quest for canaries. She was kind enough to GIVE me quite a few of her canaries, which are considered expensive, if bought in a store. She will never be forgotten in my heart! She made me a baby blanket 14 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I still have the blanket and will never forget her! She is now with God and his angels!

It was so nice to see Joan's tribute in the paper. I miss her terribly. She was a good friend, one whom I could consult with about so many things. I'm so glad to have many mementos in my home that remind me of Joan. She was a very loving and generous lady and I feel blessed to have had her friendship for many years.
