Joanne MOULTHROP Obituary
On April 8, 2016, Joanne Jewel Moulthrop (nee Tranter) of Sykesville, beloved wife of Richard G. "Rick" Moulthrop; devoted mother of Justin and Benjamin Moulthrop and the late Nicholas Moulthrop; dear daughter of Donald and Stephanie Tranter and loving sister of Neil, Tom and Richard Tranter, Nancy Ryder and Carrie Moreau. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville where a funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11am. Interment will be private.

Hi, My name is Lisa and my mother was friends with Joanne. They became really good friends on Pogo, an online game. My mother's screen name was mvslots. My heart breaks to know Joanne passed away just 6 months after my mother. I last spoke with Joanne after my mother passed away. She was a wonderful woman and I appreciated her friendship with my mother. I want to offer my deepest condolences to the family. If someone could reach out to me, my full name is Lisa Serrano. We will always remember Joanne in a very special way because she gave us our sweet Daisy. We will miss her very much. She always had a beautiful smile....I am sure she is a beautiful angel and now she is with all our dogs that crossed over the rainbow. Sending prayers to her family and close friends.
