Albert Mauger Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on May 12, 2011.
EDDINGTON - Albert Mauger Sr., 69, died May 10, 2011, at a Bangor nursing home. He was born July 1, 1941, in Colebrookdale, Pa., the son of Frank R. Mauger and Mary R. (Endy) Mauger. Albert served in the U.S. Army and was an avid sportsman. He was happily married to his wife, Linda Lorraine (Lyons) Mauger for 44 years. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Mary-alice, Nancy and Charloette; and brothers, Lester, Robert and Kenneth. Surviving, in addition to his wife, Linda are children, Bonnie, wife of Bob Rothermel, Missie Kuser, Albert F. Mauger Jr., husband of Nichole, Terry L. Mauger, husband of Normagene, Kristi, wife of Mike Violette; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Renninger and June Kuser; brother, Leroy Mauger; many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please support cardiac or cancer research. "He is just away" I can not say, and I will not say that he is dead. He is just away. With a cheery smile and a wave of the hand he has wandered into an unknown land...Think of him as faring on, as dear in the love of there as the love of here; think of him still as the same, I say; he is not dead - he is just away! - James Riley
