Both my husband I had a chance to travel to St. Agatha several years ago. We were visiting my Pepere (Antoine Paradis) but we also spent many afternoons and evenings with Winnie - playing cribbage, of course...she was very competitive - I really liked that about her!
She was a very sweet, kind and loving woman who opened her heart and her home to us. We exchanged Christmas cards every year after that trip - she will not soon be forgotten.
Our deepest sympathies to the Ouellette family.
With all our love,
Mike, Michelle, Daniel and Nicole Pascetta

What a true 'sweetheart' Winnie was! I'm so sad to hear of her passing.....She was such a good friend to my dad for several years and I know she was his inspiration to live life; they danced at the 'Forever Young' club in Madawaska! They spent lots of time together - good times. After my father (Antoine Paradis) passed away Winnie once told me, during a visit, how she would still see my father come through the kitchen door and start stepping away as he often did; always wanting to go dancing. Winnie was a good dance partner too. As sad as this news is, my heart tells me to believe that she is now resting peacefully with ALL our other angels. Perhaps they will touch our hearts when we most need them....I believe. Note: just saw her BD of 10/7. That is the same birthdate as our son, Denis......coincidence only but he is also 'up ther'e in heaven with all our angels; as my husband, Gaetan who loved Winnie so much. My prayers are with all of Winnie's family. She was a real 'Lady", poised, pleasant, sweet, honest, lovable.....what fond memories you have to hold in your hearts! God bless you .......

Bob, Della, Phillip, and Francis
I am so sorry that Aunt Winnie has passed away. She will be missed. It's been a few years since I last saw her. Always enjoyed our visits to Madawaska while we were growing up. She always made the best Spaghetti & meatballs! You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Sorry I can't be at the funeral. Love to all!
