I met Patrick by servicing his car and he quickly became more of a friend than a customer. His easy going personality was what I enjoyed the most. He was always the first person to offer a hand when you needed it. His way of life should be a lesson to all that knew him . I can only hope that my children grow up to be the person he was .

Dearest Daley Family,
My heart goes out with you each and every day that has passed since Patrick left this world behind. He is the lucky one as he is in a much better place. It has taken me a while to post my entry, but now I am ready. Your son, brother and uncle was by far one of the most generous human beings God placed on this earth. I am grateful to have known him and honored to call him a friend and brother.
The memories are too many to write about but here are just a few. I remember when:
-Patrick decided to show his dancing abilities at a Christmas party by breakdancing with our bosses 11yr old son. Not Patrick's best dancing expedition for sure.
-I have the same love for dance as Patrick. Guess it is because we are both Capricorn's. I older than him by 357 days of which he never let me forget. Of course for 8 wonderful days a year he was the same age and I had my glory for those 8 days.
-After a fun filled evening at another event, we had my husband (he doesn't dance) take us to an after hours club so Patrick and I could dance more. We were out till the wee hours having a blast.
-Patrick's dancing will forever live on in a video. He was conducting a training session in the UK and the customer wanted to videotape for reference material. What Patrick didn't know is the video camera was never turned off during the breaks and he proceeded to dance for them during breaks. Forever on film.
-I remember when we went out for a few cocktails to celebrate Trish's birthday and celebrate we did. Enough that Patrick drove Mark's rental car at the end of the evening (Mark was not in the shape to do so) to the hotel. Patrick took the car to the car wash got it cleaned up. The next day at the office Patrick and I gathered up all of the trash cans and placed them in Mark's cube for when he arrived. Man, did we all have a laugh that lasted the rest of the day.
-Patrick liked to go to Las Vegas and partake in the fun and games. Unfortunately the games didn't treat him well unless Mark was by his side. He always won with Mark around. He said he wouldn't go without him. Heck, he couldn't afford it.
-Patrick also loved the whole lottery adventure. In fact he got most of us at the office hooked. When Patrick would come to town we would all pool our money to go buy scratch tickets. Patrick loved doing the buying. He was like a kid in a candy store. He would come back and we would all pile into my office behind closed doors and deal out the tickets as if it were a deck of cards. We had a blast laughing and carrying on.
I will cherish the good times forever. We never had bad times.
Patrick-until we meet again, I will dance in your memory. Buddy-I miss you!!

My sympathies to the family for the loss of one of the most amazing people I have ever known. I got to really know Patrick when we spent several weeks in England working on a customer. Those weeks really showed me how awesome of a person he really was. I am honored and blessed to have known someone that was one of the most generous people I will ever know. I will miss you Patrick!!

My older brother called me this morning to relay the news of Pat's passing. I've had a heavy heart all day.
I last saw Pat 5 years ago at our 20th high school reunion. He had not changed a bit. He made us all laugh. Pat was a great friend to many. He will be remembered.

To the Daley Family:
I worked with Patrick at Trax and March Networks. He was always upbeat and full of energy, willing and ready to assist anyone when called upon. I'll always remember Patrick as a tireless professional, a happy go lucky guy, his entertaining dance routines at company functions as well as periodically when we traveled for business together. I am proud, honored and a better person to have been a part of his life. Thoughts and Prayers...

Dear Mrs. Daley, Kim, Deb, Dan, and Kenny,
My deepest sympathies regarding Pat's passing. I pray that time can bring you some comfort.
Like everyone who has signed this guest book, I too was lucky to know how wonderful a man Pat was. No matter how many years passed between the times we kept in touch (and I'd tested it many times, unfortunately), he always made it feel as though time had never passed. Always easy, always caring- and always fun, of course! That was Pat.
I'm surprised no one has written "Behave up there Pat!". But then again, I can hear him respond, "Now what would be the fun in that?!".
God bless you and your family Pat. You'll always be in my heart.

I’m so thankful to the Daley family for raising such an amazing human being.
Patrick, I miss you so much. I keep waiting for my phone to ring each day, and it be you calling me for the 10th time that day. You would think that was funny! Of course you always start with “ME AGAIN” : ) in your jovial voice, and I can always picture the BIG smile on your face each time too. I never saw you in a bad mood in the 7 years I knew you. I NEVER met a customer that didn’t praise you. You had tact, class, patience, oh did you have patience! A wonderful sense of humor and love of life. You were so generous, kind and caring, thinking of others always before yourself. I don’t think it would even cross your mind to ever ask anyone to do you a favor, it was always how can you help someone else today.
I hope everyone who’s been lucky enough in life to have met you took a tiny piece of your light and carries it forward with them through the rest of their own. It was a true joy to have known you Patrick.
Until we meet again…

To the Daley family, Pat's friends, and anyone who came in contact with him, my deepest sympathies.
I have been thinking about what to write in this guest book for a week now. We have been friends for the better part of 20 years now. Talked, laughed, shared thoughts and dreams. This is why mere words can't describe Pat and what he meant to all of us.
We threw him a going away party when he left. Mostly co-workers from Madawaska, and friends. We laughed til it hurt, played pranks on each other, and by the end of the night, the cake we got him was flying through the air. Typical night with Pat and friends.
You will be dearly missed my friend.
Again, to the Daley's, my deepest sympathies.

Knowing Pat was such a blessing. He was my 1st boyfriend/1st love – something you just never forget. When I heard that Pat was now an angel up above, the memories of good times came flooding back.
So many memories with Sue Roy, Sherri Labbe, Ed Hachey, Carol Pelletier and Lynn Cyr at Fraser Field in the summer. Just hanging out, having fun and being silly. He had so many friends that admired him.
Pat was just very funny. I remember…
• His impersonation of Steve Martin – “wild and crazy guy” still makes me laugh.
• How he could recite George Carlin’s list of swear words. Too funny!
• His dedication to soccer and basketball. He was such a great athlete and team player. He admired his teammates and enjoyed playing a pick up game anytime he could.
• Hiding in the closet in my parent’s house when my Dad came home unexpectedly. Boy did we laugh when Dad almost opened that closet door.
• His love for the Dallas Cowboys (well, back almost 30 years ago anyway). He taught me the game, each position, stats, etc. This is why today, I am still a Cowboys fan.
• Having so much fun working with him at McDonalds. We’d try to schedule work times together. He was on grill and I was at the “bin” or in the drive-through.
• Playing cards (belote) with his parents
• Racing our cars up to the Skylight Drive In (well, in our parents cars).
• The teddy bear he gave me for Christmas – I called it Pooh Bear.
• His kindness to everyone.
• How loyal he was to his friends.
• His strength and stubbornness.
• Breaking up and getting back together a million times.
• His freckles.
• Him making up silly songs – and they were really funny, too!
• That he was such a great dancer – he loved to dance. All those times dancing at the Cab, Brass, etc.
• His love for life – he lived life to the fullest.
• His love and admiration for Kim, Deb, Dan, Ken and his Mom and Dad.
• His love for laughter, goofing around and having fun.
Although I haven’t seen Pat in over 17 years, I know that everyone who knew him has made a memory that will live on forever…..He is now an angel that will look over us.
My sincere condolences go to the Daley family. We will all miss him.

To all who knew Patrick,
I never experienced an unpleasant time around Patrick Daley. He is a high energy, extremely positive fellow with a bright mind. I will miss his "always jovial" attitude.
We are Linked-In buddies and shared an email now & then.
The last time I saw Patrick we nearly ran out of gas on the Scottsdale 110 on the way to the airport at 4:30 AM. After a quick stop for fuel we sped on the on-ramp at 80 MPH and floored it to Sky Harbor - only to see Scottsdale's Finest in hot pursuit.
No Problem. Patrick tamed the cops, without a ticket and we made our flights.

To Pat's(Scooby's) loved ones,
We are truly sorry Scooby was taken from us so soon. We all became each other's family here as most of us were from other places. We became each other's extended family and looked out for one another. He was truly a great friend and there is a hole in our lives that cannot be filled. We can only seek comfort in the fact that God somehow decided he needed another angel and reached out and selected the one he knew would fill the void in heaven as he touched so many hearts here. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time and know we will always remember our dear friend Scooby.

I will keep him and all of his family in my prayers.

My sincere sympathies go out to the Daley family. What more can I say than God just picked up his best friend. Pat was loved by all who knew him and he in turn adored everyone in return. He knew how to live life and he put a smile on all who came in contact with him. You've lost a dear son and brother and others such as myself, lost a true friend. But we all know that Pat still has a smile on his face and heaven just became a better place.

My deepest sympathies to the entire Daley family. You lost a wonderful Son & Brother who considered his family his life. His friends lost an unbelievable listener and someone who always put others before himself. The world lost a great man and I lost a good friend.
Heaven gained a true Angel...someone who will watch over his family and protect them. Pat would always brightened a room and would bring smiles to everyone around him. His love and his impact on all of us will be felt and remembered for years to come. He will truly be missed. The pain for this loss is shared by many. Please know that you are in our prayers and that there are many people who care.
