Clyde Ralph McBride, age 70, of Oak Grove, Louisiana, died Monday, February 6, 2012, at Morehouse General Hospital in Bastrop, Louisiana. He was born January 28, 1942, the son of the late Claude Thomas McBride and Ruth Leola Henry McBride. He was retired farmer, then manager of the West Carroll Land Fill and an avid hunter, beagle breeder and Baptist.

He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, William (Billy), Thomas W., Armond, and Claude Edward McBride. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Jones Tolbert McBride of Oak Grove, Louisiana; 1 son, David Wayne McBride of Oak Grove, Louisiana; 1 step-son, Dale Tolbert and wife, Melanie, of Atlanta, Georgia; 2 step-daughters, Teri Tolbert of Monroe, Louisiana, and Tamera Grissom and husband, Bill, of Start, Louisiana; 1 brother, Ray McBride Sr. and wife, Susan, of Lake Village; 6 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. He will be great missed.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday February 9, 2012, at Bishop Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services are at 2:00 P.M. Friday February 10, 2012, at Bayou Mason Baptist Church in Lake Village with Bro. Ken Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Village Cemetery under the direction of Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village. Family wishes to thank Dr. Cox and ICU Nursing Staff at Morehouse General Hospital.
