I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Gifford. Some of my best baseball memories are from the years he coached our team at Ellisville Ball Park. He was a great coach but most important he was a good man. I'll always remember him as one of the best role models a person could have. Your family will be in my prayers.

Dear Aunt Susie, Sorry to hear about Uncle Bill! Our prayers and sympathy are with you and your family. I always enjoyed being in Bill' presence. He was very cheerful and kind to me and David. I guess Heaven was in need of another sports enthusiast! Sincerely, Dean and Theda and family

Bill was an awesome pitching coach. I started taking pitching lesson from him when I was 6 years old and continued for 13 years. He not only was my pitching coach, but a dear friend who taught me a lot about softball and life. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Rest in peace Coach Bill!

Bill was an amazing man. He was also an amazing softball coach. Many years ago I took pitching lessons from him. I will always remember his trick pitches and how he was the one that showed me how to hold the ball for a change up. God Bless the Gifford family during this time.
