We met Cathy and Blair at a Newcomers' meeting in Milwaukee and very soon treasured their warmth, love and understanding. A few years later, they had just arrived for a week's visit the day Dawn's Dad died. They became replacement parents and our very best friends. We visited them in WI and Pahrump NV as often as we could and they traveled to visit us wherever we lived.
Cathy was a true gentlewoman with a great sense of humor. She never failed to show her affection for our whole family. We can't think of anyone
we would have better chosen to prepare our way to the Lord. She will always be remembered with love.
We send our deepest condolences and prayers to her friends and family whom she loved so dearly.

Catherine was a gentle, kind, wonderful woman who always enjoyed life. She smiled freely and gave generously. Our Friday morning group has missed having her with us.

Over the time I came to know Catherine, I grew to love her as my own mother. Sometimes, she even scolded me as if she were my mother. I will miss her greatly. She was a shining light in my life.
