Cynthia Miller Mace

1935 - 2023

CYNTHIA  ELLA  MILLER  MACE,  88 of Birch River, passed away Sunday July 30, 2023 in the Bowers Hospice House at Beckley.  She was the daughter of the late George and Myrtle Elmore and was born at Quick, WV on January 17, 1935.  Cynthia was a former employee of Sears and Bright of America in Summersville.  She was an EMT for the Birch River volunteer fire department and a member of the Powells Mt. Baptist Church.

 

She was also preceded in death by husband’s Theodore Miller and Gordon C. Mace, one daughter Deleen M. Miller and twelve siblings.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday August 7th in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Linn Schiefer officiating. Burial will follow in the WV Memorial Gardens at Calvin. Friends may call at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service on Monday.
