Edward James Foye, Sr.

Edward James Foye, Sr., 83, of Alpharetta, GA died on November 23, 2015. Born in Bronx, NY he was the son of the late Michael and Anne Foy. His beloved wife, Kathleen, predeceased him as did his siblings, Anna Maria Baranowski, Mary Bernadette Barnett and Dorothy Bohannan.  

Edward was a proud graduate of Bryant College and served in the US Army following WWII as part of the occupation forces. He was an avid gardener and a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus.  

He is survived by his children, Edward J. (Amy) Foye, Jr. of Alpharetta, GA, Karen Foye Murray of Roswell, GA and Jennifer (Richard) Gravely of Alpharetta, GA; brother, Martin (Barbara) Foye of Rehoboth Beach, DE; much-loved grandchildren, Shane, Megan, Madeline, Matthew, Meredith and Ryan; and a loving extended family.
 
Memorial mass will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, December 4, 2015 at St. Brigid Catholic Church in Alpharetta, GA. Interment will follow at 2:30 pm at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
