Ethel Littlefield Obituary

Mrs. Ethel Ellen Rowell Littlefield, age 71, of Buchanan passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Mrs. Littlefield was born in Haralson County on November 13, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Bruce Rowell and the late Tishie Stephens Rowell. Mrs. Littlefield was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Littlefield; and one great grandchild, Perry Sudduth.
Survivors include two daughters, Dana Lynn and spouse, Junior Bryant of Buchanan and Angie Sudduth of Buchanan; three sisters, Liz and spouse, Larry Mason, Edith Smith and Evelyn Yeoman; two brothers, Eddie Rowell and James Rowell; six grandchildren, Julie and spouse, Charlie Head, Renee and spouse, Robert Cason, Darrell and spouse, Hannah Hill, Cortney and spouse, Derek Wilson, Shane and spouse Sarah Wilson and Megan Elizabeth Bryant; ten great grandchildren, Jacyne Hopkins, Savannah Hill, Justin Harrell, Jalyn Head, David Head, Bailey Cason, Jaden Hill, Dawson Hill, Skylar Williams and Kara Lynn Wilson; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 21, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Randy Hopkins and Rev. Buddy Gentry officiating. Music will be rendered by Rev. Buddy Gentry. Interment will follow in the Buchanan Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Junior Bryant, Darrell Hill, Robert Cason, Thomas Cason, Charles Head, Charles Bryant, Larry Mason and Derek Wilson.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 4:00 P.M.
until 9:00 P.M.
