They say it takes a village to raise a child. I am 46 years old and Frank Davidson was a member of the village who raised me. He was a dear friend to my father, Glenn Crawford. Our family spent many summers with Frank and his family on CCA Family trips. He even taught me to ski behind a flat bottom fishing boat when I was 6 years old and believe me it was an all day affair. We visited their home in Springfield and I loved that white house on the hill. He would fly to Fort Smith, AR and take me up in his plane. Frank had a huge impact on my life and I have many memories of this wonderful man. Prayers to all The Davidson Family and thank you Frank for being part of my life.

I would like to address this to his Grand Kids. Your Granddad was 20 years younger than myself, until he got on the tennis court, then it was no contest, he always enjoyed the matches even if he lost, if he made a mistake (bad shot) he would say "Mother Goose".
Your lucky to have his blood in your veins, because he was one of a kind and was a great MAN. Phelps Grove park was his second home and I'm very proud to say, not only I knew him, but I had the privilege to play with him.
He will be missed.

I have many fond memories of Frank and the Davidson family on "Company" weekend campouts. I learned how to water ski on homemade skis behind his boat. Speaking in German, he would always ask if we knew how to speak German. I never knew why. After my father passed away, Frank would call periodically just to see how my family was doing. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with the Davidson family.
