Jack Brooks Obituary
Jack Allen Brooks, 58, of Fairmont passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019. He was born December 27, 1960 in Ozark, Alabama, son of Alex Brooks, Jr. and Carolyn Peters Brooks.
Jack is survived by his parents, Alex and Carolyn Brooks; two daughters, Desirea Santiago and Jenna Hess; two stepdaughters, Samantha and Tasha Smith, both of Fairmont; a brother, Gary Brooks of Barrackville; one grandchild; and three greatgrandchildren.
Jack was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alex and Thelma Brooks, and Carl and Goldie Peters; and an uncle, Carl William Peters.
The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, 414 Gaston Avenue in Fairmont, on Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The funeral service will be on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.domicofh.com.

So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I had met Jack years ago and he had given me an inspirational book by Billy Graham called "The Journey". I actually got the book out recently to reread parts of it during a very difficult time in our family. So very ironic, after sitting on my bookshelf all these years.
He was a lovely and kind person. I pray he is resting peacefully, now, with the Lord.
