JESSE BROWN Obituary
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM. Both services will be held at Windsor Village United Methodist Church, 6000 Heatherbrook, Houston, Texas. The interment will be held at Paradise North Cemetery.

To the Brown and Outley family
Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all during this difficult time. Jessie was like a brother to me. The name l gave him was J Rock . He was the rock of the family similiar to one in a stream emoveable to waves no matter how powerful the current. We shared many good times with family and friends. Steve Harvey has nothing on your style and grace. I will miss competing with him on who has the best looking Robert Gram shirt. Our last Sunday together was the a day l will treasure just watching the basketball play offs. I will miss you bro.
