Bishop Nathaniel Jackson, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 3, 2017. Son of Nathaniel Jackson, Sr. and the late Leola Young Jackson. Devoted husband of the late Paula M. Jackson. Loving father of Natalie Jackson. Stepfather of Monique Mitchell Jackson, Robin Mitchell and Robert Mitchell. Grandfather of Michael, Dionne, Dinah, Laila. Step grandfather of Javon, Daisha and Riley. Great grandfather of Alex Thomas Jackson. Brother of Clarence Jackson, Larry Jackson, Willie Jackson, Leola Jackson Thomas and the late Andrew Jackson. God brother of Johnetta Custard and Daniel Custard. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, god children, other relatives and friends. Relatives and Friends of the family, also Pastors, Officers and Members of Israelite Divine Spiritual Church and all neighboring churches are all invited to attend the Funeral Service on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 11:00am at Israelite Divine Spiritual Church 3000 Frenchmen Street NOLA 70122.
