I am so sad to learn, now, that Bob died in April. He and I had become friends at the Senior Men's Bible Study at WBC. We were both battling cancer and shared a common experience in this. I know he had ups and downs in his treatment. He would always inquire about how I was doing. I greatly appreciated his caring friendship. I'm sure we will meet again in heaven.

Very sorry to hear about Bob's passing. He was a great teacher and mentor to me in my high school years. I fondly recall the lessons I learned in your family room (CCD) and in his classroom. His positive energy and attitude was contagious. Love and prayers

I am deeply saddened to learn of Bob's passing. I recall the considerable time he and I spent together when we both served on the Negotiating Committee of the Lake Forest Education Coimmittee, and which led to the adoption of the school's FIRST Professional Negotiations Contract.
Bob was certainly a strong conrributor to that achievment! And I might add that he was very LOYAL and SUPPORTIVE of the team's efforts.
I especially like Bob, committee work aside, for our momnts together chatting during lunch breaks at LFHS.

He will be missed, but remembered.

Dear Carol and family,
I will always remember my friend Bob with joy and friendship. The first time I recall having a discussion with Bob was over a set of golf clubs. He sold them to me for $25 bucks and thus began my love of golf. I still have the clubs! Memories will be the riches of our life. Love and prayers, Pie.

Dear Carol,
I shall always remember Bob and meeting him the first time, finding out he was from Mn. and going to start teaching at LFHS. The two of us finally putting the whole story together, after realizing he was the teen-age boy that came from Shadduck school to the Fairbault High school every night to meet up with a high school friend. Then the two of them would come to the gym and "bug" me for a basketball. They were a pair of Rascals and a lot of fun. Fond memories during my first teaching job.
My sympathies to you and the kids Carol, I hope he went easily into God's hands.
