Annette M Dunston, 57, of Battle Creek passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the University of Michigan Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

Ann was born April 14, 1956 and was a 1974 graduate of Bellevue High School and then Wright Beauty Academy.  She married her childhood sweetheart on January 17, 1975 and spent her life being a great wife, mother, and grandmother.

Ann was the youth bowling director at M-66 Bowl where she enjoyed talking with parents and youth bowlers each Saturday morning.  She loved spending time with her family, going to all of her grandchildren's activities and games, hosting holiday parties and feasts, watching wildlife in her backyard, going to casinos and spoiling her "youngest daughter" her dog, Lucy.

Ann is survived by her husband of 39 years James Dunston; daughters, Trina (Jerry) Ruoff and Jennifer (John) Bax; grandchildren, Jayme and Hannah Ruoff, Jacob and Jackson Bax, all of Battle Creek; brothers Gene (Vicki) and Jerry (Twyla) Green of Battle Creek and Chuck (Cindy) Green of Madisonville TN; a special aunt, Helen Taylor; a special friend Lindy Burton along with many friends and relatives.

A memorial service to honor Ann's life will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 5th at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home; with a celebration of her life following at M-66 Bowl.

Family and friends have set up a memorial scholarship fund to benefit youth bowling in lieu of flowers.  Donations may be sent to M-66 bowl in care of Linda Burton.  Personal messages for the family may be placed at www.farleyestesdowdle.com.
