Alice V. Vaskovic Battle Creek Alice V. Vaskovic, 78, died Sunday April 21, 2013, at Bronson Battle Creek. She was born February 27, 1935 the daughter of Melvin and Eleanor (Britten) Goff in Charlotte coming to the Battle Creek area in 1950. She was a homemaker and for many years a babysitter. On January 5, 1962, Alice V. Goff was united in marriage to Martin J. Vaskovic, who preceded her in death April 26, 1995. She is survived by her six children, daughters, Julie Lux, Karen Sayre, Marie Vaskovic, all of Battle Creek and Connie Kubis of IN; sons, Michael Vaskovic, Martin Vaskovic both of Battle Creek, Phillip Corbett of Boston MA; twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two brothers, and a sister. She loved her family especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Robbie Vaskovic. Friends may call at Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home after 2:00 pm Wednesday April 24th where the family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the funeral home with Rev. Robert G. Muirhead officiating. Alice will be then interred at Ft.
