To the Barney family I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I will never forget how he always called me "Janet Ann" and we go back along ways. I can remember babysitting for Janet and Jon. You take care and I know it will be hard moving on without him by your side

My thoughts and prayers go out to Zetta and the entire Barney family. The Chief was always ready to greet you with a smile and provide some fatherly advice to those who followed his career path. I have the fondest memories of Cliff and our conversations through the years. The miles between us make it impossible to convey my condolenses in person.

To our wonderful Zetta, There are no written words that can tell of how much we loved your Cliff. He was a "Garden Angle" to Russ in the years that Russ served in the Police Dept. He has looked up to Cliff, and turned to him for guidence for many years. He has left a large imprint on both of our lives and we shall never forget his kind and caring ways. May God Bless you in this time of great sorrow. Russ and Shirley Clutter

My being a former police chief, and friend of Cliff's, he set the example of what a "Police Chief" should be. As a result, I not only admired his abilities as a leader but his caring for his co-workers and his community.
