Columbus, OH

Age 75, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home in Columbus, Ohio on Wednesday April, 22, 2015.

Garry is survived by daughters Susan Cooper and Alison Waldrup; son Peter Niebauer; the mother of their children Chalice Niebauer; brother Ronald Niebauer; sister Michelle Mullins; and 8 grandchildren ages 1 to 20.

Garry was born on May 15, 1939 in Battle Creek, Michigan.  He graduated from Battle Creek Central High School then Central Michigan University. He received his MBA from University of Michigan.  He worked in marketing and advertising all over the country including New York City, Detroit, and Los Angeles hence his work motto "I talk the talk because I have walked the walk". He enjoyed what he did. Garry had many hobbies including coaching football.  His love for the musical arts lead him to volunteer usher for CAPA.

Garry's wish to be cremated is being serviced by Shaw-Davis Funeral Home and Cremation.  A memorial celebration of his life will be held in Michigan this summer so that everyone he loved will have the opportunity to come enjoy and share memories. In keeping with his passion for music and the performing arts any donations in his memory can be made to CAPA at 55 E State St Columbus, OH  43215.
