Anyone who met Jim instantly recognized his gentle soul.  Jim was a very caring person who could make you deep belly laugh with his keen sense of humor.  He enjoyed calmly sitting in the summer sun listening to the birds and enjoying the flower gardens.

Jim was also an avid collector of football, baseball, and Star Wars memorabilia.  His favorite players were Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, and Frank Thomas.  Jim enjoyed reading and studying US History, particularly the Civil War and WWII; lately reading about the Missouri Battleship.
