My cousin Joe, when i was growing up, I thought he was the coolest guy in the whole world. When I was 13, he was 17, and he had a 69 SS Chevelle. He took me out crusing on a hot summer night in July. Must have been around 1972. He took me down this country road doing about 100mph I was so scared.I was hanging on for dear life. He introduced me to all his friends. He had so many friends, I thought to myself. I always looked up to him. I'm so sorry I didnt get to see him more. He was a great guy and I will miss dearly. I hope he is resting in peace.

Joe, you will be missed by all of us here on upton, we all shared many laughs, and also shared tears, but the times we sprnt together will never be forgotten, the conversations were sometimes bizarr, humorous, and at times testing our intelect, we will miss you greatly, all is well in heaven!

My thoughts and prayers are with Joe's family at this time. It's been many years since I'd seen him (not since graduation), but I remember him as a warm and caring person. I know he will be missed by all.

Joe, his brother Mike and his dad built the house we lived in on Pennbrook. He will be missed here but always remembered with a smile and warm memories. May God's peace rest within his family and friends.

Mike and family,
My heart goes out to you in this loss of Joe. He was a wonderful person to be around and always had a smile on his face. Maybe he knew something we didn't. God bless you and your family at this time. We will miss him here, but I truly believe that the spirit of a person still lives. This place is just a stepping stone to something or somewhere better.
