Judy Elener (Mitchell) Denny Judy Elener (Mitchell) Denny went to be with her Creator on September 9, 2012. She was born in Battle Creek, raised in Fulton and married Jimmy Denny in 1987. She passed at Lifespan Hospice after a brief unexpected illness. Judy is survived by her former husband, children, Jade and Josh Denny (Jevry), and granddaughter, Serena Jade. Also surviving: her father, Gordon Mitchell; brothers, Mike, Doug, Gary and Randy; and sisters, Sue Bailey, Nancy Edwards, and Patti Mitchell. Her mother, Mildred preceded her in death. Judy graduated from Climax-Scotts High School (1972) and was employed at Sears and McDonalds where she had many special customers she enjoyed serving. Judy was a life-long member of Fulton Christian Church. She was an avid garage sale lover, a great bargain shopper; her passions were home decorating and cooking. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 10:00 preceding a Memorial Service at 11:00 at Fulton Christian Church, 14108 West Avenue East, Fulton, MI 49052. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to Lifespan Hospice of Battle Creek or the Denny Family Memorial Fund. You can donate to the Denny Memorial Fund by using the name Jade Denny at Chase Bank.
