Kenia Taylor Obituary

Kenia Denise Taylor Battle Creek Kenia Denise Taylor, age 23, entered into eternal rest Thursday, February 23, 2012 at her grandmother's home. She was born June 20, 1988, to Geraldine D. Taylor and Kevin Trotter. Kenia attended Battle Creek and Kalamazoo Public schools. She worked for a period of time at Roberts Packing. She enjoyed listening to music, eating good foods, being with family and friends, spending time with her dog, King, riding around and caring for babies. She attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church with her grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Geraldine D. Taylor; father, Kevin Trotter; father-in-law, James Washington; brothers, Delane Taylor (Sharmine Agnew), James Taylor Jr. (Monique Bowens) both of Battle Creek, Kevin Trotter Jr. of Detroit; sister, Tasha McCline of Texas; nephew, Dreshawn Burton; niece, Airanna Crum; precious grandmother, Bernice Taylor; and special friends, Ian Davis, Doris Hall, Gwen Hardy and Amber Bell; along with a host of cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her dear miracle son, Ky'Von Davis; loving Aunt, Janice McGee; and beloved grandfather, Leon Taylor. Services will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with a 12:00 noon family hour from the Berean Seventh Day Adventist Church 620 Washington Ave. N. with Pastor Greg Jones and Pastor Ricky Perry, officiating.
