Lois Rae Muenzer Battle Creek Lois Rae Muenzer, 78, died peacefully on Sunday morning, June 17, 2012 at the Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 15, 1934 the daughter of Carl and Leah (Guyman) Bentley. Lois graduated from Toledo Scott High School and furthered her education at Kellogg Community College, receiving an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Lois married Daniel R. Muenzer on November 17, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio; he sadly preceded her in death on September 22, 1995. She is survived by her three children, Cynthia "Cindy" Tallo of Rochester, New York, Dan (Chris) Muenzer of Cincinnati, Ohio and Mark Muenzer of Chicago, Illinois; 6 grandchildren; 2 nephews; a niece and 7 great-nieces and nephews. Lois was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Glenna Clift. Lois was a member of the Ashton Lake Association Board, Stephen Ministries, Leila Hospital Auxiliary and the Franklin School "Grandfriends". She enjoyed reading, traveling, classical music, Theatre and Symphonies. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., today, June 20, 2012 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church 61 North 23rd Street, Battle Creek.
