Robert L. "Bud" Lambka Jr. Springport Robert L. "Bud" Lambka Jr. age 57, of Springport, died May 4, 2013 surrounded by his family at home. He was born March 20, 1956, the son of Robert L. Lambka Sr. and Maxine (Damon) Collins in Great Falls, Montana. Bud graduated from Olivet High School and then went on to drive semi -trucks and welding. His last job was at Tenneco Automotive, Marshall as a welder for twelve years retiring in 1998. He is survived by his wife Penny (Ashley) Lambka of twenty-three years; his father, Robert (Kathy) Lambka Sr. of Olivet, his mother, Maxine (Donald) Collins of Olivet; their children, Lucas (Jaime) Lambka of Bellevue, Travis Goble of Bellevue, Casey Welton of Marshall, Kevin Welton of Litchfield; grandsons, Gabriel Lambka and Zachary Welton; brothers and sisters, Jeri (Jim) Attwell of Bellevue, Kathi (Gary) Wireman of Marshall, Linda (Grant) Katz of Virginia Beach, VA, Don (Jeannie) Lambka of Ashland City, TN, Robin (Mike) Spencer of Ellsworth and David Collins of Olivet. Bud enjoyed playing the harmonica, collecting and shooting firearms, quad riding, paintball, martial arts, climbing and cutting down trees, walking in the woods, visiting and helping people and he volunteered a lot of his time in helping many church's with construction projects. He especially loved being with his family. Bud was a member of the Albion Church of God. The family will receive friends from 10:00- 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the Albion Church of God where a memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Hershel Davis officiating. Memorial contributions may go to Sparrow Hospital Foundation Cancer Research or the Jerome Street Guest House, Lansing, MI.
