Susan Lynn Deisler (Pearson), age 60, passed away Saturday morning, February 7, 2015 with her family by her side.  She was born on September 21, 1954 in Battle Creek, MI a daughter of Owen L. and Annetta M. (Vander Molen) Pearson. Susan graduated from Gull Lake High School in 1972 and received her associate degree from Davenport College. She was a member of Centerpoint Church.  Susan's interests included horseback riding, spending many summers at the Gull Lake family residence, church, cooking, music and her pets.  Susan was preceded in death by her father. 

On April 9, 1988 Susan married Steven R. Deisler, who survives.  Also surviving are two daughters, Emily Katherine Deisler of Durham, NC and Sarah Elizabeth Deisler of Kalamazoo; her mother, Annetta Pearson of Kalamazoo; three siblings, Sheryl Lee (Mike) Sakko of Winter Haven, FL, Thomas L. Pearson of Hickory Corners and Deborah Ann Pearson of Kalamazoo; aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Services will be held 11:30 am -12:30 pm Saturday, February 14th, 2015 in the Centerpoint Church Chapel, 2345 N. 10th Street, with Rev. Steve Vander Molen officiating.  Susan's family will receive guests at the church beginning at 10:00 am Saturday morning and again following the service. Private graveside services will be held in Riverside Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, Susan requested that memorials be directed to Cheff Therapeutic Riding Center, 8450 N. 43rd St., Augusta, MI  49012; therapeutic horseback riding for those with special needs.  Arrangements and services were provided by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
