Theodore Freemire Obituary

Theodore R. Freemire Battle Creek Age 92 Ted's Celebration of Life will be held in the springtime with his family and friends. Ted was a good Samaritan, a loving family man, a hard working and industrious man, a friend of everyone who spent any significant time with him. People with special relationships with the Freemire family will give testimony. Ted's surviving children will be present, Joanna Hall of Battle Creek, Ron Freemire of Bay City and Willard Freemire of Ramona, California. Extended family includes, spouses of Ted's immediate family along with their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, all who loved grandpa Freemire. Ted was born February 21, 1918, he died 92 years later on September 22, 2010. He spent most of his life in or near Battle Creek, and the surrounding area. As a person he is a good role model. His genuine personal interest in others will be his most missed quality and attribute. His love and respect for family has nutured all of us and is something we can pay forward within our own families and communities where we work and live. Life goes on. Arrangements by the Richard A. To the family of Ted Freemire,
Ted and I go way back. I was Freda's cousin and Ted's first partner Hugh Collie married Dorothy, my sister. Sorry to hear of his death, but I'm sure he led a long full life. I would be at the celabration of his life if it were possible. I actually worked for Ted and Hugh on some of their first construction projects. That was more than 50 yrs ago.

Nothing but fond memories of Mr. Freemire starting with my childhood back in the 50s. Always a gentleman. A true loss for the family.
