Vincent J. Topa Albion Vincent J. Topa, 95, passed away Monday November 15, 2010 at his residence. He was born November 9, 1915 in Albion, Michigan to Frank and Katherine (Kardis) Topa. On January 2, 1937 he was married to Mary S. Zilinski in Angola, Indiana and she survives him. He has been a lifelong resident of the area, he is a member of St. John Catholic Church- Albion, and he was employed at Clark Equipment in Jackson in the Heat Treat Department. He enjoyed reading the Newspaper. Besides his wife Mary of Albion, he is survived by 1 Daughter Barbara J. Topa of Albion; 2 Sons David (Barbara J) Topa of Jackson; Allen J. (Mary E.) Topa of Albion; 6 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 1 Brother John and 2 Sisters Frances and Stella. Visitation for Family and Friends will be Thursday November 18, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at St. John Catholic Church, 1020 Irwin Avenue, Albion, MI 49224, with the Rosary being recited at 3:00 p.m. at the Church. The Funeral Mass will be Friday November 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church with Rev. Fr. Gordon Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery-Albion.
