Robert Walker, 90 Robert Walker, age 90, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Friday, April 22, 2016, in Mountain Home. He was born August 27, 1925 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Robert was a Marine during World War II, serving in the Pacific Theater and then with the occupation forces in China at the end of the war. He was a systems analyst who worked in banking, and with California's school system. He was particularly proud of the work he did in the aerospace industry with Boeing Corporation. He was literally a rocket scientist. He retired to Mountain Home over 20 years ago, building a house near the golf course because he enjoyed the game. He and his wife also enjoyed travelling and made the South Pacific their destination. Robert is survived by two daughters, Jean and Janet Walker, both of Mountain Home, a granddaughter, Wendy Marquez, two great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law and niece, Linda Lincoln of Mountain Home. He was preceded in death by his mother and his wife of 67years, Betty Lou. Services are private Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home. Wood, Bobbie Jo  
Bobbie Jo Wood, 84 Bobbie Jo (Teague) Wood, 84, was called home, Monday, April 4, 2016, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born June 26, 1931, in Valliant, Oklahoma, the daughter of Dock and Josephine (Fair) Teague. She married Shelby Wood on May 6, 1950, at Delano, California, and was a homemaker. Bobbie lived in Gamaliel since moving from Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1980. She was a member of the One-O-One Presbyterian Church, the Gamaliel Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, and was an EMT with the Gamaliel Volunteer Fire Department. Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Dyana Ray of Mountain Home, AR; sons, Gary (Cherie) Wood of Las Vegas, NV and Marty (Coleen) Wood of Las Vegas, NV; daughter-in-law, Birdie Wood Inmann of Lebanon, MO; grandchildren, Erik Wood and Erin Wood of Las Vegas, NV, Kristina (Fred, Jr.) Stephenson of Liberty Lake, WA, Kayla Woloson of San Francisco, CA, Amanda Adkins, Julie (Robert) Nyland, and Billy (Kaitlyn) Bohanen of Lebanon, MO, and Christina (Jimmy) Dorton of Las Vegas, NV; twelve great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Ruby Teague of Vinita, OK, and Evelyn Williams of Tulare, CA. She is pre-deceased by son, Del Wood. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 25 at the One-O-One Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in the Maynard Bend Cemetery, Gamaliel, Arkansas. Family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compassion Care Hospice, 7842 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89117, or to the hospice in your area.
