Boleslau "Bill" Pelc, 61
Boleslau "Bill" Pelc, age 61, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Friday, April 19, 2013, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home.
He was born September 5, 1951, in Curitiba, Brazil, to Albert and Anna Swiech Pelc. On July 6, 1974, he married Danuta B. "Diane" Calka in Chicago, and moved to Mountain Home in 2003 from Wood Dale, Illinois. Mr. Pelc was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, was a retired tool and die maker, and enjoyed his family, grandchildren and entertaining his family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, birds, nature, cooking and sausage making.
He is survived by his wife: Danuta B. "Diane" Pelc: three daughters: Barbara (Chris) Scarpelli: Wheaton, Illinois; Helen (Captain Michael) Liguori: Monterey, California; and Elizabeth (John) Cagle: Chicago, Illinois; one brother: John (Nina) Pelc: Palatine, Illinois; one sister: Krystyna (Adam) Kietner: Brazil; four grandchildren: Lauren Scarpelli, Tyler Liguori, Allison Scarpelli and Joshua Liguori; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from Noon-9:00 P.M. Friday, April 26, 2013, at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. and a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. in the Roller Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Stan Swiderski as celebrant. Interment will follow in Baxter Memorial Gardens.
