Funeral services for Travis Dean Cox, 28, of Farmington, Arkansas, will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Beard's Funeral Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Travis went home to be with the Lord following a tragic motorcycle accident on Sunday, April 22 near Rogers, Arkansas. He was born on November 11, 1983 in Mountain Home, Arkansas to Tracie Lynn (Simmons) Dennis and Jimmy "Dean" Cox. He married Stephanie Gray on September 2, 2006.

Travis was a very loving and kind spirited young man, and a wonderful husband, father, brother, son, nephew and friend to all who knew him. Following graduation from Mountain Home High School in 2002, he earned his license as an Electrician in Northwest Arkansas, and was very skilled and proficient. He quickly advanced to a leadership role, and at the time of his death he was a Project Manager for BEI Electric Company. His passing leaves a huge void and emptiness in many lives, and he will be greatly missed. Travis loved spending time with family, friends and especially enjoyed being outdoors riding his motorcycle & hunting.

Travis is survived by his wife, Stephanie (Gray) Cox, sons Grayson (5) and Dalton (3); his mother and step-father Tracie (Simmons) Dennis and Adam Dennis of Mountain Home, his father Dean Cox of Fayetteville, sister, her husband and son Jesica (Cox) and Ryan and Jackson Talbert of Conway, mother and father in-law Cindy and Donnie Gray of Lowell, maternal grandparents Paul and Reta Simmons of Lake Villa, IL, paternal grandparents Dale and Linda Cox of Mountain Home, step-paternal grandparents Dan and Louise of Cherokee Village, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, at Beard's Funeral Home in Fayetteville. The Family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made for the benefit of his children to any ARVEST: The Travis D Cox Family Contribution Account.
