Daniel Estep Obituary
Daniel Estep, 57

Daniel Lee Estep, 57, of Gassville, AR, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015. He was born August 29, 1958, in Ritter, WV, to R.Z. "Pat" and Raymona "Kat" (Helton) Estep, the eldest of six children.

Daniel was a state champion wrestler in high school and a member of the football team. He loved the West Virginia Mountains where he was born and raised with his extended family. He was best known as our "Road Warrior" as he spent most of his career driving big rigs; a job he loved.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Colleen of the home; children, Missy Estep, Patrick Estep (Jessica), Leona Estep, Avery Estep, and Jeremy Estep; step-children, Sandee Hanly (Keith), Shane Cowan (Doreen), Jesse Bartchy, Devon Bartchy (Dee); grandchildren, Nevada, Jordan, Madison, McKenzie, Payton, Christian, Brianna, Leah, Jenna, KaraLynn, Robert John and Erika Danielle; and brothers, Mike Estep, and Tracy Estep.

Daniel never met a person he didn't like or that he wouldn't help. He has touched so many lives. His family would like to thank his closest friends for being there till the end, Shawn Galloway, Tim Rohrer, Joe Pentecost and the Tweedy family.

A celebration of Daniel's life will be held in the home that he and Colleen shared at 1 PM, on Saturday, September 19, 2015. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield, MO.

Patrick, his eldest son, suggested this passage from the bible that is both fitting and beautiful, NIV Daniel 10:12 "Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them."
